Can I bring my dog?
Snowhound is dog friendly but The Glades is not. When taking your dog for a walk, please use a leash and a doggie bag.
How do I pay?
We accept e-transfers, Canadian cheques, US banker' orders and US or Canadian cash. We do not accept US personal cheques. We will also need a Visa or Mastercard # as a damage deposit only.
During the Christmas Holidays, we have a 4 night minimum booking policy with a 50% deposit, non refundable within 45 days of rental. The balance is due upon arrival. During the rest of the season, there is a 3 night minimum booking policy.
Can I Smoke?
Both cabins are non-smoking facilities.
What is the cancellation policy?
The deposit is non-refundable within 45 days of rental, however, if we are able to re-rent the cabin we will refund the deposit less 10% administration fee.
Are the cabins fully equipped?
Yes they are. All bedding, towels and pillows are provided. Both Snowbound and The Glades has laundry facilities. The cabins don't have ground line phones.
Is there internet?
Our cabins have Wi-Fi high speed internet service! When you arrive you will get the password to log in.
Will my cell phone work at Mt. Baldy?
Yes.
Is there satellite TV?
Our cabins don't have satellite service. There are no video rental stores on the hill so we recommend renting them in Oliver or Osoyoos before you come up the hill.
Are there BBQs?
Only The Glades has a BBQ.
Is cleaning provided?
We ask that you leave the cabins as you found them (cleaning equipment and supplies are provided). Strip the beds and used towells and put on the first wash. Please notify us of any damage or breakages that have occurred. Please take your garbage to the facilities provided 3 kms down the road towards town. There is also a recyclable facility there so please separate your garbage.
Is there a store?
No there isn't a store on the hill so plan ahead.
Is there a restaurant?
The day lodge is open until 4pm selling "cafeteria" style meals, drinks and snacks. The "Baldy Bar" (open to all ages until 4pm) is open at 11am and serves pub food during the ski day. Check Baldy Mountain Resort for evening hours.
Check in/ out times
Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 11am.

So, you are coming to Mt. Baldy, we're sure that you'll enjoy this unique little hill. A week before you arrive, please contact us regarding your ETA so that we can arrange to open your cabin and familiarize you with it.
