Can I bring my dog?

Bonne Neige is dog friendly but The Glades is not. When taking your dog for a walk, please use a leash anda doggie bag.

How do I pay?

We accept Canadian cheques, US banker' orders and US or Canadian cash. We do not accept US personal cheques. We will also need a Visa or Mastercard # as a damage deposit only.

During the Christmas Holidays, we have a 4 night minimum booking policy with a 50% deposit, non refundable within 30 days of rental. The balance is due upon arrival. During the rest of the season, there is a 2 night minimum booking policy.

Can I Smoke?

Both cabins are non-smoking facilities.

What is the cancellation policy?

The deposit is non-refundable within 30 days of rental, however, if we are able to re-rent the cabin we will refund the deposit less 10% administration fee.

Are the cabins fully equipped?

Yes they are. Only The Glades has laundry facilities.

Will my cell phone work at Mt. Baldy?

Unfortunately there is no reception at Mt. Baldy Ski Area. The cabin do have phones so you can use a calling card # if you want to call long distance.

Is there internet?

Our cabins don't have internet services.

Is there satellite TV?

Our cabins don't have satellite service. The cabins are supplied with a DVD, video machine and TV. There are no video rental stores on the hill so we recommend renting them in Oliver or Osoyoos before you come up the hill.

Is there a stereo?

Yes, both cabins have stereo systems that use CDs and are compatible with MP3s (iPod).

Are the lifts open on Christmas Day?

No, Mt. Baldy is closed on Christmas Day to allow the staff to enjoy the day as well. However the toboganning hill, cross country, snow shoeing and frisbee golf course is still available. Cross country and snow shoe equipment are available at the rental shop so make sure and plan ahead and rent on the 24th.

Is cleaning provided? 

We ask that you leave the cabins as you found them (cleaning equipment and supplies are provided). Please notify us of any damage or breakages that have occurred. Please take your garbage to the facilities provided 3 kms down the road towards town. There is also a recyclable facility there so please separate your garbage.

Is there a store?

No there isn't a store on the hill so plan ahead.

Is there a restaurant?

The day lodge is open until 4pm selling "cafeteria" style meals, drinks and snacks. The "Baldy Bar" (open to all ages until 8pm) is open at 11am and serves pub food during the ski day. Check Mt. Baldy Ski Area for evening hours.

Check in/ out times

Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 11am.
